All service agreements, contingency fee arrangements, and related contracts are governed by separate written agreements, which may require signature from one or both parties depending on the nature of the service. Nothing on this website constitutes a guarantee of recovery, loan placement, or transaction completion.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Service at any time without prior notice.
4. SMS Messaging
Black Jade Investments LLC operates an SMS messaging program. We collect opt-in consent through the following methods:
Booking Form Opt-In
When scheduling an appointment at link.blackjadeinvestments.com/widget/bookings/unclaimed-funds-recovery, you will be presented with two separate opt-in checkboxes:
- Transactional Messages: “By checking this box, I consent to receive non-marketing text messages from Black Jade Investments LLC about upcoming appointments and transaction updates. Message frequency varies, message & data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance, reply STOP to opt out.”
- Marketing Messages: “By checking this box, I consent to receive marketing and promotional messages including special offers, discounts, new product updates among others from Black Jade Investments LLC at the phone number provided. Frequency may vary. Message & data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance, reply STOP to opt out.”
Both checkboxes are optional and unchecked by default. Consent is not required as a condition of scheduling an appointment or receiving our services. The booking form links to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service at the point of consent.
Verbal Opt-In
During an inbound or outbound phone call, an agent may request verbal consent to send SMS communications. Verbal consent is documented and logged with date, time, and phone number.
Inbound SMS
Texting us directly at (844) 907-7355 constitutes consent to receive SMS replies related to your inquiry.
Opt-Out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive one final confirmation, after which no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, text START or opt in again through any of the methods above.
